We had a phenomenal experience with Merrill’s yesterday. Our car was flooded over the weekend and was towed to their lot. The staff went out of their way to physically help us retrieve our belongings from the car and even disassembled our roofbox for us/helped us load it. They were supremely kind and supportive in what is a difficult time for our family. We are very grateful to them for their kindness and highly recommend them!

The owner of this place is so disrespectful, would not tell me to my face that she wanted to charge me $2,000 for storage fees even though they were fixing my car! During the holiday season knowing it was going to take longer to fix. The front desk Gillian is very nice. After paying the fee I find out my air conditioner isn't working and of course they want money for that! If you're the owner reading this just know that $2,000 that was so important to you meant everything to me.

Good crew, i had my car break down and called my roadside assistance and they had someone from this company come pick my car right up and tow it all the way to my tuner. Took them less than an hour to pick my car up and they took extremely good car of my subaru hatch.
