EFR has always been there for us. No waiting, no price gauging, just honest reliable work. Other companies exist but no one takes their work more seriously. I discovered them when I was using another large company who sent techs out three times without a solution. They made many changes to the machine but none solved the issue. They even had the gall to invoice us for the work they claimed fixed the problem. It wasn't until Phil showed that we were up and running. It took one hour and was a simple fix. If you need help or just need to purchase a machine with reliable maintenance, EFR is all there is.
