I had a very troubling experience with this dealership and would strongly caution any business owner considering servicing or purchasing a truck from here. My box truck was brought in for a coolant issue. From the start, communication was extremely poor, calls were not returned, timelines kept getting pushed with vague explanations and no clear diagnosis was made for weeks. It felt like unnecessary delays rather than fixing anything. While the truck was in their custody, the catalytic converter was stolen from the vehicle on their property. I was shocked to learn that the facility does not have security cameras or a security system at all! They even acknowledged the owner was too cheap and refused to pay for such a thing. As a commercial dealership holding customers’ vehicles, this is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic care. Truly a reflection of the owner. What ultimately forced me to pick my truck (brand new 2025 ISUZU) was the lack of accountability and transparency. Only after I demanded the vehicle back and told them not to touch it did I finally receive a call from the service manger Jason. Sickening. If you rely on your truck for your business which we do…this is not a place you want it sitting. Poor communication, lack of security, and unwillingness to take responsibility. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. And as for Jason the service manager and the owner of this dealership, I encourage you to be better.

This is NOT Hall and Fuhs. Way to may hidden fees. They were going to charge me $380 die a diagnostic fee for an alignment that I already knew I needed. I complained and they drop it to $200. That's never a good sign. Be carful for the "shop supplies" they add at the end of the bill. This an arbitrary number that can be any amount. They said it was for spray to mark the tire and clean a clog for the air filter that they already charged me $38 in labor. Worse repair experience I have ever had in 25 years in business.

This was my first time buying a commercial vehicle. Brian Costigan made the process incredibly seem less. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I purchased an Isuzu dump truck and Brian was the only person I could find who was able to fill my order. I traveled to pick up the vehicle and we were able to do all of the paper work electronically. Once I arrived, I signed a few papers and got the truck keys. I had a “that’s it…?” moment lol. I will definitely be purchasing from HFI and Brian in the future.
