I got into an accident and the front of my car was heavily damaged and the axle was broken. The shop responded quickly on a Saturday and towed my car to the shop right away so I didnt have to pay tow storage charges. Mark gave me his personal number for easier contact, he's always very prompt and courteous. The work took a while to complete, around 1.5 months. There were a lot of things being charged, including a new tire, not sure if everything was warranted but my insurance did cover everything. They did a great job fixing the car, but the bill to insurance seems quite pricey.

I can’t say enough good things about this auto body shop!!! This was my first car accident, I was completely overwhelmed, but they were so helpful and walked me through every step. The work on my car was excellent — it looks like the accident never happened. They truly went above and beyond, not just fixing my car but helping me through a stressful experience. The short: My experience with Mark and Jose has been beyond incredible. They rescued my beloved IS300 and fixed it up so well, i wouldn't know it was hit, rescuing my car marked for the junk yard! The long: My car was hit from behind and caused rear and front damage include bent unibody frame. It was my first accident, and my first time dealing with the stress, worry and unknowns of insurance, totaled vehicle, etc. As i looked for body shops, the reviews for this one stood out so I decided to give them a visit. I'm glad I did! Mark was super helpful with guiding me through the whole process, and when my car was totaled, working with on all my preferences, needs and interests. They pulled the frame front and rear, fixed up my hood, fenders, replaced my trunk, and more! The final result is astounding to me that it was possible, I wouldn't even know I was hit. I was so happy they rescued my beloved car from the junk yard that I brought in a cake haha! Their work is incredible and their pricing is great too! If you get in an accident, which I hope never happens to me again, I recommend this place!
