I’ve never been treated with such kindness at a repair shop before. After my tire blew out on the highway, they quickly towed my car and reassured me that they could get a replacement tire by the next day. Other shops would have had me waiting days. They also inspected my car to make sure it was safe to drive and even helped lift my bumper back into place. Everyone was kind, honest, and genuinely helpful. I’ve already recommended them to my coworkers and family, and they’ve absolutely earned a loyal customer. I’ll be bringing my car here for anything from now on. Thank you all so much for everything, you really helped me when I needed it.

I'm an 82 year old retired Department Store Manager and I never write reviews but....Owner Jay, Office Manager Trudy, Tow Driver Pat and Mechanics Matt and Greg just gave me the best Customer Service Experience I have ever had in my life. My motto is "When something Sounds to good to be True, It usually isn't True." and that's what I told Jay. Well this time I was wrong. Jay did everything for me He promised and more. Turned having the catalytic converter being stolen from my Prius from a nightmare to a almost pleasant experience. If you need a Tow or work done on your car, call Jay and you will get to experience the same friendly, professional top-notch service that I did.
