Charged $238 to be told "Go back to the other dealer." Predatory & Useless. Avoid the Service Department at Jack Daniels Kia at all costs. This was the most insulting and predatory service experience I have ever had. I brought my vehicle here because another Kia dealership had damaged my sunroof during a warranty repair, and I needed a competent dealer to fix it correctly. I explained the situation clearly at drop-off. Instead of helping, they kept my car, confirmed what I already told them (that the sunroof was broken), and then refused to fix it. They told me I had to go back to the original dealer that destroyed it in the first place. The kicker? They charged me $238.55 for this "advice." They literally charged me nearly $240 to look at a broken sunroof, agree it was broken, do absolutely NO work, and send me away. They held my keys hostage for a "diagnostic fee" that consisted of them telling me what I told them when I walked in. This isn't service; it’s a scam. If you have a warranty issue, do not come here. They will find a way to charge you for things that should be covered, or they will take your money and refuse to do the work. I am escalating this to Kia Corporate and NJ Consumer Affairs. I called their service manager a week ago and left a voicemail and no response from him yet. In my opinion, they are professional certified scammers. Proof attached.

Walked in and Sebastian had helped us look for the perfect family car. He was very thorough with the details of each car. He also was very honest with what car was within our budget and didn’t waste any time (which other dealerships do) ! I had such a great experience that I came back the next day (in the pouring rain) and bought the car! The other workers that I met with was so helpful and so great with my one year old son who was walking around!

Service is eh. They don't explain anything when you drop off your vehicle. Like, "hey we need to keep your vehicle for a few days." But we aren't giving you a loner. This is after they already have your vehicle.
