Bergey’s has had our Isuzu truck for over a month now. Initially the communications were great as the tech outlined exactly what needed maintenance and/or replacement, but since the initial intake communications, they have gone rogue. I have called several times and no one answered the phone. I have left messages and no one returns them. I even emailed them to which I have not received a reply. This is to the point of ridiculousness now and are holding both my truck and business hostage. UPDATE: Kevin from Bergey’s reached out to me and apologized for the lack of communication, as between the storms and techs on vacation, they were shorthanded. Kevin was friendly, courteous and professional and explained everything that was performed on my truck and everything they had left to do. The truck had some issues that were not apparent during the initial intake and estimate, so Kevin made things right by discounting some parts and not charging labor fees for all the extra issues. In short, he made things right.

Very disappointing experience. They took 6 days to finish something that should have been done much faster. The service was poor, unprofessional, and way too expensive.
