Avoid this place at all costs. I had a nightmare experience from start to finish. First, they are massively overpriced for the quality of work they provide. What was supposed to be a standard repair took forever, and their communication was non-existent—I had to constantly chase them for updates. Every time I called, the staff was incredibly rude and acted like I was a major inconvenience just for asking about my own car. To make matters worse, within three hours of picking the car up, it completely died on the road and I had to pay for a tow. When I called to report the issue, they immediately dodged all responsibility and claimed it 'wasn't their fault.' They are unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly don't stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else."

Hampton Body Works did a great job on my car. Chris was very understanding and helpful when I needed specific work done on my car due to negligent damage rendered by a Andover car wash employee. I would definitely recommend this place. They do excellent and very detailed work! Thank you again!

Thank you for fixing my car after a deer jumped in front of me and took out my whole bumper on the highway. Chris was phenomenal and kept in touch through out the whole process. This place is great, very respectful people and highly recommend! :D
