Great store. Friendly people who are more than willing to help! I bought an antique oak table and 4 chairs. They worked with me on the price and I am very happy with my purchase. Recommend!!!! UPDATE….Recent visit 8/15. I scored a Rowland & Marcellus co (Staffordshire England) beautiful blue willow dish although the pattern is still produced today the older ones have such a lovely deep blue color. Price 2.00! I give the Manville ReStore a high rating because every visit feels like a new adventure. The store is filled with unique treasures, and I always seem to come across something special—whether it's a piece of furniture, home décor, or a hidden gem I wasn’t even looking for. The variety, quality, and affordability of the items make each trip exciting and worthwhile. It's one of those places where you never leave empty-handed, and that’s why it continues to be one of my favorite spots to shop. Another visit to the ReStore on 9/27/2025 - As an art pottery collector, I was immediately drawn to a Peters and Reed Landsun cobalt glaze bowl from the 1920s that I spotted perched on a shelf, almost as if it had been waiting for me. For just $10, I was able to bring home a piece of American pottery history, a rare and serendipitous find that felt meant to be part of my collection. Also, I found a Heisey glass creamer in the pattern ‘Colonial’ from the 1930’s for just $1.49! Once again, seek and ye shall find! Proof that treasures always seem to turn up when you least expect them. I stopped into the ReStore on Saturday, 12/20/25, just to look around, even though I was a bit rushed. They were having a Christmas sale with 25% off, which was a nice surprise. I ended up finding a small Johnson Brothers English china oval dish ($1.60) and I’m using it on my vanity as a little tray. I can’t say enough good things about this store.

Price gouging at a thrift store is insane. Don’t get me wrong, there are some good deals here, but it is outweighed by the dirtiness and the rude employees. No, I’m not talking about the special-needs ones, I applaud them for what they are doing for that community. When I walked in, I noticed a sign that said green tags are 50% off and orange tags are 75% off, in the home goods section there were two buckets, (shown in photos) One had a green tag that said four dollars and the other had a tag that said two dollars. The four dollar bucket was full of laptop bags (Which I really needed) And the two dollar bucket was full of softer material bags. It made sense that they would be 4 and 2 dollars. When I walked up to the register there was one more customer in front of me, another woman that was not even in line came from the other side and went straight to the cashier without waiting in line. The cashier looked at us as if she knew what the woman had just done, but it seemed like they were friends so she allowed the transaction to proceed… rude and unprofessional, but whatever. When it got to my turn in line, I placed the bag on the counter and asked “if the bucket this was in says…” I was immediately cut off by the cashier and told “no”. She called over another worker who said “oh this is a really nice brand (it wasn’t… it was just the best condition bag in the bucket).”It’s got to be more” (before I wrote this review, I looked up the exact bag online and they sell used for $5 to $10). She then took the bag to the back to look it up and THEN priced it based on what she found. Not caring to look at what I was talking about, repricing items based on condition AFTER a customer shows interest, not honoring the color discount, rude employee at the counter, And overpriced items that are clearly dirty and worn beyond their value are the reasons I will not be coming back here to donate or shop.

I hadn't been in a couple years (this was one of my late father's favorite places) and I'm in love with all the improvements I see such as the expanded book nook hutch and wall art display. The addition of both men's and women's clothing and shoes with an actual changing room to check the fit is by far the most exciting part. What *hasn't* changed is the wonderful assortment of eclectic furniture and knowing my purchases are funding a wonderful cause.
