The service staff was quick and efficient. I arrived without an appointment and the team got me back in the road in no time and even washed my car. Thank you to the All American Team for the great work performed on my Subaru Outback! Definitely will come back for my next service!

I am generously leaving two stars for polite and courteous customer service. I had my six month old outback towed to this place. I had a terrible day where something along the shoulder gouged two passenger tires and bent one wheel rim. Katie informed me the minimum cost would be two tires with mounting, valves and sensors would be $380. Fair enough. But she went to test the tire tread to see if the other two needed to be replaced? The car is 6 months old. Weird to even check. A hour later she called me to say two wheels , two tires etc, cost is now $1868?! What?! Then later that day after Katie left I came back for a loaner car. Heard a worker say they work on commission. Ahhh that explains the comment earlier “the minimum is $380.” After talking to my mechanic son in law and husband ( sent them pics) he told me get the two tires ( fair price) and one wheel ( they put my spare on) and get the bent wheel back. Apparently there are shops just to fix bent wheels?! And not $600 that the wheel costs. Be aware when you go there that a worker who is getting commission has her wallet in mind.

Casey and All American Subaru were absolutely fantastic. We live 5 hours away and we're visiting family in NJ when our Forrester had an issue. We were to go back home the next day but we're afraid to drive that far. Casey was very understanding to our needs and provided us with outstanding support. Casey and the service department resolved our concerns and repaired our vehicle and we were able to make it home safely. All American Subaru is very professional organization with outstanding employees. Great job
