Worst experience ever. Luis the store manager was very rude, started screaming once I said I don’t want to proceed. Said my tire bursted but did not show me the tire. Said how its his shop and he can do whatever he wants, which honestly was so unnecessary. Dropped my car at 2PM and got it at 7PM. Not sure why I was the last to receive my car. Ruined my mood right at the start of the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend. Local vendors are much faster, reliable and they may not be sweet but they don’t scream on your face. Even their customer care took my complaint but no response what so ever. Save your self some money and time and go somewhere else. On reading other reviews, I see that many have complained about the store manager luis.

Adrian, Svc.Tech, was a true professional in addressing my questions and setting up appt for that same afternoon. I had my tires rotated, wheels aligned and balanced. While my Toyota Van was being looked over, I went next door to Shop-Rite. Adrian kept in touch with me via phone and let me know of minor issues. In my case, I needed tire pressure sensors. Lewis, Manager was also a true professional. He offered to drive me home (20+ mins away) when service work was to be performed. What kind of individual does that? One of the main reasons for my always bringing my Lexus & Toyota cars here. Proof of my devotion to Wyckoff’s Firestone is that I’ve been going there for over 20 yrs. Check it out. You will see what I mean. Great people & great service.
