Didn't care much for this place ... They did a hitch for my truck ... Forgot a small detail .. Took longer than I was told in the beginning ... Everything was brand new including the truck .. Had to go back to complete the job .. They charged me for something that was part of the original quote .... JOHN tried to charge me more than had been discussed originally ... Nothing was added from the original quote ... This place is good for picking up some items that are not readily available just anywhere such as lights .. Locks for truck . plugs.. Small hitches .....as for the installation experience i did not care much for Johns efforts however workmanship was up to par

I had a hitch installed on my Subaru Crosstrek for a bike rack. The worker was personable and answered all my questions. After the hitch was installed, he and went through all the parts on my bike rack with me, set it up, even lubed my lock. Took about an hour, easy-peasy :) I highly recommend this place!!!
