To Whom It May Concern, My name is Anthony Perez, owner of Ant's Towing. I’m writing to express my extreme frustration with the repeated issues I’ve had when ordering parts from your Collingswood location. This has become a serious problem that is now affecting my business and my customers. 9/4/2025 I placed an order at 2:09 PM. By 5:10 PM, my mechanic was still waiting on the part, so I called to follow up. Mike answered the phone. When I asked for an update, he asked what account it was under. As soon as I mentioned Ant’s Towing, he said “ohhh hold up” and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. When he finally returned to the call, he admitted he forgot to place the order because they were busy with other customers in the store. That is completely unprofessional. As a business owner myself, I find that excuse unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager and was ignored—I was never transferred or given the opportunity to escalate the issue. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with this location. I’ve reached out in the past and was told it “won’t happen again,” yet here we are. It feels like Ant’s Towing is being treated as an afterthought or worse, deliberately disrespected. We’ve relied on your store as our number one source for parts because of the quality and prices. But if your staff doesn't care about providing basic service to long-time customers like us, how are we supposed to continue doing business with you? Because of today’s mistake, I now have a customer vehicle stuck in my shop and a very angry customer who needed their vehicle today. This is hurting my reputation and costing me money. I still want to continue buying parts from your company, but something needs to change. I’m asking for this issue to be taken seriously and for someone in management to contact me to discuss how we

I had chance to use this branch multiple times and I always come across very helpful staff and focus on problem solving. Last one I had to reprint my invoice and Gill help me found my invoice in less than 5 min after I provided necessary information. Good service you won’t be disappointed

Never realized what exactly this place was. Always seen it there but never thought about it. I was in to get a blinker bulb and license plate bulb. I was greeted and waited on immediately. And the prices were great especially for what they wanted to charge me online.
