I had a popped tire and Jon was a life saver. He was very professional and easy to talk to, worked quickly, and even tried to go the extra mile to help me out by repairing my tire (not possible due to the damage, but it was an extremely thoughtful gesture). If I ever find myself in need of this type of service again he will be the first phone call I make. Couldn’t possibly recommend Jon’s services enough.

It happened on one of those nights where winter feels a little too personal. Snow was coming down, quiet flakes, the kind that muffles everything and makes streetlights glow like halos. I’d just realized my car wasn’t going anywhere... the serpentine belt was remove by a prior "so called mechanic, who abandoned the job. Hood up, cold biting through my gloves, I was already bracing myself for a long, miserable wait. Then Jon showed up. He was / is a mobile mechanic, but honestly, he felt more like a winter miracle on wheels. He pulled up calm and confident, like replacing belts in the middle of a snow falling at night was just another Tuesday. Snow collected on his jacket and tools as he got to work, headlamp cutting through the dark while flakes kept falling around him. What surprised me most was how smoothly everything went. No rushing, no complaining, just steady, practiced movements. Before I knew it, the serpentine belt was on, and my car sounded healthy again. The whole job didn’t take long at all, which felt unreal given the conditions. Then Jon also took care of my headlights. He swapped out the bulbs right there. In the cold. At night. In the snow. A few minutes later, my headlights were brighter than they’d been in ages. When he packed up his tools and the engine was running smoothly, I felt this wave of relief and gratitude. What started as a stressful breakdown turned into one of those rare moments where a stranger shows up and genuinely makes your night better. Snow still falling, car fixed, headlights shining... thanks to an awesome mobile mechanic named Jon who turned a freezing, inconvenient night into a story I’ll always remember.

When trying to replace the brakes on my car myself I snapped a caliper bolt trying to remove it because previous owner cross threaded it. Luckily it was already off the car. Jon was able to get the rest of the broken bolt out, tapped the threads, and salvaged the caliper. I have used his services on numerous occasions since such as front end repair and exhaust work. I highly recommend his services he was knowledgeable, professional, and dependable!
