Bought a used transit 250 from them about a month ago and everything has been great with the vehicle, so I feel comfortable giving a 5-star review now. My experience in the dealership stood out among the handful of others I visited in that they were not pushy at all, were straight forward, and reasonable to deal with. No surprises. I recently purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 from Bergen Car Company, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, running smoothly, and in excellent condition! For the value and price, I got a very good deal. The dealership owner and staff that worked with me—Fares, Deigo and Nesreen—were professional, honest, and accommodating, answering all my questions and allowing a thorough test drive. Even after purchase, when I discovered small but important issues with the front brakes and rear lights, they promptly had it fixed for me with no hassle and at no charge. Overall I am extremely pleased with my experience at Bergen and would highly recommend them if you're looking for a top-notch used vehicle. I would definitely buy from them again!

Went to trade in my car for a car that had caught my eye on their lot. Let me just say off the bat it was the best dealership experience iv ever had! These ppl will work with u and explain everything, nothing to hide like other dealers. My car that i wanted to trade in was a bit difficult because it had negative equity BUT they made it work for me to end up driving off the lot in the car i wanted with a very small downpayment. The car i ended up getting was a ford explorer and its now a little over a month since i got the vehicle and its flawless. Runs great, no lights popping up on the dash, no issues at all and iv driven this car alot so far and its a beast. Extremely nice ppl, great car at great prices. If ur looking for an affordable vehicle that wont break down a week after buying it, this is the place to go and they have many options and lenders for financing and most likely will get u out on the road with the car you want.
