I work for an out of state dealership. I chose South Jersey Auto Tags to complete title and registration for a NJ lease customer. Had high hopes as I have been searching for a titling company to use for our 30+ dealership group. I was quoted two weeks processing time. After having our documents and money for over a month and many voicemails later, our customer reached out to them. They told our customer (employees relative) their titling was delayed because one of their employees had a major issue with me (title clerk). We have only ever talked when I would ask for an update. She, nor I were ever rude to each other in any conversation we've had. The last time I tried to call them the same woman answers screaming "Answering Service" very unbelievable. Told me they closed due to an "emergency". The unprofessionalism is real with this company or at least this employee. There is too much competition out there to be so petty and rude to customers. Take your business elsewhere.

This will be the only place I go for all auto services, I had an intricate issue with titles and registrations, and they were able to help me 100%, even found me another tag dealer in Philly for my issue as well, these people care and are fast at finding solutions!

They were friendly, personal, professional, and clearly know their stuff the entire time and made my feel comfortable with using them from the minute I walked into the room. I was in and out in no time, which was a huge relief for me too. If you're looking for a hassle-free way to take care of your stuff I recommend using them, if I find myself needing to go through this again, or know someone in the same spot I know exactly who they should talk to.
