Ethan was a HUGE help. Not only did he help change my battery with a new one, but he helped me find the correct tail lights and installed them in 40 degree weather with a smile on his face. He was quick, efficient, and educated me on how to handle these things if it ever happens in the future. I came here panicked over some car trouble on a road trip. I have no idea what goes on under a hood other where to put the oil and washer fluid. Ethan not only helped me get the parts i needed to make the repairs but explained everything in such detail of what needed to be done that I was amazed at what I was able to accomplish with his directions.
