Called to make sure they take flat screens, I was answered with "uhh, yes.". Drove up there. Had to drive through the scrap yard, with no direction. Parked and wandered around until I found the office. Walked in last asked how my day was I said fine, I asked her, "ugh..." (Ignores me for ten minutes after". Finally get my information (where to drop the tv off) I go to the spot and the workers. Look at me, talk about me in Spanish. Then laugh, then mock me for not backing close enough to the building, then mock me, and ask if I want to scrap my car, (I drive a small car). Also be careful you are driving into a scrap yard with lots of random metal, sharp nails, screws. And other things that will destroy your tires, also the guys driving the bigger trucks just go wherever and won't watch out for you.

Received the run-around from this company for 3 weeks when trying to schedule a corporate pickup. We had the pallets wrapped and had offered our own team to load the truck. Hopefully this was an exception and not a rule to their service. Ultimately went with another company.
