Came here because I saw all the positive reviews plus a word of mouth. Very happy with the outcome. After repairs were completed I noticed a minor issue with one of the parts and after contacting the shop, they jumped to help immediately and remedied the issue, accommodating my busy schedule, fixing the issue in a very fast pace. Would definitely recommend this shop. The receptionist Minerva was particularly very kind and friendly.

My insurance sent me to this place (Delta Collision). When I arrived, Minerva explained how the claim work. Then, Cassie check my car. She was very professional. Later, someone of the team called me explain things very friendly (sorry, forgot his name). The estimated date and the actual date to pick it up was pretty close. Total service time took 2-3 weeks. The car was so clean and shiny. After picking the car, I went back again b/c a sound under the car. It turned out the sound was not related to the claim, but Cassie helped me right away (No extra charge). Minerva made sure I was happy with the service, and Cassie and the rest of the team were amazing. Everyone was helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place
