Today, I walked into the Samsung store in an emergency because my phone screen had completely stopped working. I realized I had accidentally scheduled my repair appointment for the following day, but thankfully Abby at the front desk stepped in right away. Even though walk-ins aren't usually recommended, she was incredibly helpful and got me checked in on the spot. Shortly after, Ramon assisted me with support from his manager, Nelson. Because I have Samsung Care, they were able to quickly help me file a claim and schedule the proper repair. In just about two hours, my screen was fully fixed. I highly recommend coming to this Samsung location rather than going to an Asurion store. The service here is professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. Plus, the store itself is beautiful- clean, modern, and filled with all the latest devices on display.

Excellent place to have your devices repaired, staff is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I will recommend going during the week before picks hours because it does gets busier their due to the fact that they have to run diagnostic on the device.

I visited this Samsung service center with an online appointment because my phone battery has been draining very quickly. At the front desk, the representative checked my phone using their system and told me it showed no battery issue. However, since I was still experiencing the problem, I agreed to pay $79 plus tax for a battery replacement. Even though the battery costs around $20 the most. Before proceeding, I clearly asked if I could receive the old battery that would be removed from my phone, since I was paying for the replacement. I was told that this is not allowed. I then asked if I could at least be shown the battery that was being replaced, and that request was also denied. I was informed that I would only receive a receipt. This left me uncomfortable and uncertain. As a customer, if I am paying for a hardware replacement, I should have some level of transparency to know that the part was actually changed. Being denied both the old part and even a visual confirmation raises reasonable concerns about trust and accountability. I am not sure whether this is Samsung’s official policy or an individual staff member’s approach, but the overall experience felt dismissive and lacking transparency. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for a professional service center.
