The worst thing that can happen to a person is falling into the hands of these people who abuse their power with exorbitant fees, and there's no authority to regulate and protect the customer. They charge whatever they want and only accept cash, which I find highly irregular—forcing people to pay in cash when the amount is so high. It would be very positive if some authority took action on this and protected people from unscrupulous companies like this.

Had a registration problem and my car ended up here, which provides HORRIBLE service. The guy at the from desk had no idea what he was doing, did not want to give a price until we got there (which was very weird because we just wanted to make sure we had all the money). when asked why he would not give us the price, he said he needed paperwork which was given to him the day before and he knew because he is the only front desk guy (he lied in panic and contradicted himself when being confronted in person) after that you can tell he was physically mad and started to act like a cop himself. We know you have a contract with the police, but that does not mean YOU are a cop, please understand that for future clients. Overall the company is very unprofessional and uneducated. P.S a cop came in before me and made them aware that a past client is suing them and the town because they over charge the client on purpose, same front desk guy said and I quote “sir you know I gave him some of the money back”. BE VERY CAREFUL

… took forever to get there, then showed up in this monster truck, which was way overkill… guy had a hard time maneuvering to mount the van the rig was so big… not only was the cost $300 dollars for less than a 2-mile tow from their own home base area, I couldn't get a receipt there or after giving them my info to be texted a receipt - I was taken back how both driver and dispatch could be so unprepared. It was a very uncomfortable & pricey experience, I called them because they seemed to have various medium-sized tow trucks, they new my vehicle info & my location (Wawa parking lot) - what they sent was just ridiculous.
