Stopped here emergently on my way back to Somerset County on 10/31/25 due to my undercarriage cover on my Kia Stinger falling down. They helped me out right away and Ramone made sure everything was safe and secure for me to drive home on 287! Such nice guys and they didn’t even charge me a dime. Was upset I didn’t have any cash on me to even tip them but so incredibly grateful for small town businesses like this who still care about people! Renews my faith in humanity for this holiday season!

Milelli’s Auto Repair has been and continues to be the best automotive service provider we have come across in the Morristown area. This past Wednesday, I was on my way home from work. At the intersection of Early St, turning right onto Mills St, a large paver stone bordering the sidewalk was missing, creating a very prominent and sharp obstruction. The car ahead was waiting to turn left, so I tried to carefully clear the turn, but did not see the exposed stone on the right side. Immediately, with a loud bang, my rear right tire blew, and the pressure dropped from 38psi to 10psi. What a way to experience this kind of damage for the first time. Since it was close to 6pm, most places were closing, so I called Milelli’s for a next day appointment. The car is a 2024 Kia EV6 AWD, all-electric with special tires, so I was worried that I might have to wait until next week to have the car back up and running. Thanks to OP Towing, and Milelli’s team (Brian and Steve), the entire process was local, calming, and professional. From having the car properly towed onto the flatbed at 9am, to having the tire ordered, delivered, installed, balanced, and squared away at 4pm, I was so grateful and surprised. Wonderfully resolved in less than 24 hours. We used to have our 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8s serviced at Milelli’s back in 2017, and now they are even able to handle our brand new Kia EV6 vehicle as well. Just goes to show how trustworthy, and adaptable the team has been, and continues to be!

I had a wonderful mechanic that I went to for well over a decade, but I ended up moving and making the trips to drop off /pick up my car just became a lot. I took a chance on calling Milelli's and they were so wonderful from the jump, they've become my new mechanic and have proved it multiple times over that they are great! They are so helpful, kind, knowledgeable and reasonably priced- if you need a mechanic in the area, choose them :)
