If you're looking for quality auto parts and reasonable prices better than other retailers such as AutoZone or advance auto, TCR is the place. The only downside is customer service, expect to wait for assistance in person. In my opinion if a customer is in a store, they should be your priority compared to the client on the phone.

Very poor customer service. The person I spoke with was extremely rude when I asked for an email address to send a formal quotation request. They hung up on me, and when I called back, they said they don’t give out their email and hung up again. Completely unprofessional behavior.

Bought a AC compressor that didn’t work, take it back and now they want all this paperwork from the installing mechanic. I’ve used my mechanic for years and never had a problem with his work. Such BS!!!! Save your time and find a reputable parts dealer. Never had a problem with many auto parts stores in taking back defective parts. What a joke!! I’ll make sure to pass it along to others. To everyone who read this first post I would like to apologize, I did write this review out of anger. I know I should know better when you’re angry to think. I wanted to say that this establishment should get 5 Stars as speaking to the owner he is working with me to rectify the problem. Good man, and to you I won’t write down his name but I apologize for the bad review and hopefully adding this makes a big difference. I would use this auto shop again in the future, again sorry for this post.
