TOP LINE UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called and selected option 4. A man answered the phone. Because I have manners, I began by saying good morning and introducing myself, but he did not allow me to finish and hung up. I called back, and the call was answered again. I said good morning once more, and the person immediately hung up. I called two additional times, and each time the call was disconnected without any opportunity to explain the purpose of my call. On the fifth call, the man answered again. I began introducing myself and mentioned that my previous calls had been disconnected. The excuse was that my phone was supposedly “shingigling” whatever that means. Contacting a business line for business matters seams to be an inconvenience.
