I recently visited this store and while the selection of electronics was decent but not outstanding, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided great advice, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Even though the store might not have the largest inventory, the exceptional service more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for a place where customer care is a priority, I highly recommend this store!

I had visited this store on Valentines Day to possibly purchase the new Air Pod Pro Gen 3s. I was helped by a gentlemen by the name of Elijah. I was unable to find the email with the survey but wanted to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. I was ready to purchase the Air Pod 4s but he had a very convincing sales pitch that made me ultimately get the Gen 3 Pros. After purchasing and using this product I can say I am highly satisfied I went with this one and not the 4s. Thank you Elijah!

I visited the Best Buy at American Dream Mall looking for a monitor mount. Before going, I confirmed it showed as ready for pickup in one hour. When I arrived, I showed the first guy exactly which item I needed, but without even checking the system, he told me it wasn’t in stock. He didn’t even bother to verify. Then a young woman helped me, but her attitude was way too serious for someone dealing with customers. She did assist me, but there was no friendliness or effort to make the interaction pleasant. Definitely not the best customer service experience.
