I hit something on 287 N. and was very lucky to make it to the exit and into the parking lot with 3psi left in right front tire on an Chevy Tahoe. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name at the counter but he took the truck in immediately, ordered the exact tire and had in less than 2 hours. The shop was very busy with lots of pushy people wanting service right away. The gentleman always kept a positive and professional attitude with everyone. I can honest say I wouldn’t have been as nice. It takes a special person to give customer service like that when people are not starting out being nice or respectful. Would recommended without a doubt but in this case it was the person and not so much the work. A tire is a tire after all. I was looking for a place to pull off and change to a spare and was lucky this shop was in range before I ruined a rim.

They explained everything clearly and gave me a fair estimate before starting the work. My car was ready on time and runs perfectly now. I truly appreciate the honesty and great customer service.
