Great Service and Trustworthy Mechanics! As a female driver, it can be a challenge finding a trustworthy auto shop. But, Guy and his mechanic, Mark, make this shop my go to. Recently, I had a 911 tire issue - even with run-flats. The Brookside guys helped me immediately - ordering my tires as fast as possible at a comparable price. They didn't stop at just the tires. They found the bigger issue is a part that is causing incorrect wear on the tires and needs replacement. But knowing I had just paid a large tire bill, they assured me I was safe to drive for a while as I research the parts and go for long-planned and much needed time away - even using the car in question. There was no hard sell or pressure to things fixed right away. Guys let me know what was up and left the decision to me. The respect they showed was refreshing. I really appreciate their effort to extend the best price for my current and future repairs. I'm confident I wasn't overcharged and I received top-notch service at a fair price and will continue to do so. In short, this isn't just a mechanic shop; it's a place where customer service and integrity are prioritized. I appreciate an auto-shop that wants my current but also future business and I highly recommend Brookside for anyone looking for honest, high-quality car care.

We've been going here for over a decade now on the advice of two of our neighbors. Very professional and fair. Guy, the head mechanic, is honest and only recommends what needs to be done, and gives options if things might get expensive. He's even talked us out of work he felt was unnecessary. We stopped taking our cars to the dealership, we only go here unless there's some specific work that Brookside doesn't handle.
