The Main Man

I had my transmission blow out on my way to work one morning and once my insurance company finally towed it to West Deptford (11 hrs later, after they’d closed ?) I got a call the next morning that they had identified the issue, and provided me a quote for the repair. The price was fair and in line with the market cost for the job. I was given an accurate timeline for the repair and the staff was friendly and attentive whenever I called to check in. I needed a full transmission rebuild, and they explained the root cause of the failure, why it needed a replacement and did not try to upsell me on anything other that what I needed to get driving again. The team was so kind as to pick me up from a rental car agency the day my vehicle was fixed because I wasn’t able to get another ride to the shop. Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient and honest. They understand that auto repair is something that no one plans for and no one is happy about, and displayed a great commitment to the craft and professionalism.

My ford vehicle with a garbage 10r80 transmission broke (as expected). The staff were always courteous and explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. The tech was able to diagnose the problem without any check engine lights or codes in the computer. Unfortunately, i needed a new transmission but they installed it quickly and properly and had me on my way in a reasonable time frame. Pricing was in line with other local shops and while a big expense, it wasn’t excessive with extra bs fees. When i picked up my completed vehicle the girl at the front desk was super helpful and the tech came in to discuss in detail what they had to do to complete the job. Excellent work wd trans! Will be back! (Hopefully not soon)

Phenomenal shop. I had been to 3 mechanics, one of which told me I should total my vehicle. They were thorough in diagnosing the issues, and quick with repairs. They were also incredible and patient explaining things over the phone and took the time to make sure I understood everything going on. Another added suprise was that they warranty their work. It's hard to find good mechanics...these guys are top notch. Hoping to get another 100k on my car thanks to them. I will not hesitate to recommend them. Cannot thank you guys enough for ending my vehicle woes!
