I’m only giving this review five stars because of the employee Kobe the cashier at the register. He is a superstar!! He is the most friendliest, polite and nice human being. You will ever meet at any store. He always has a smile on his face, a pleasant person to talk with, and is very quick to process your check out. I wish every cashier that I dealt with was just like him. If their company was smart They would put him in some type of management training program. You can’t teach class or personality but he has both. What a magnificent human being. Obviously, you were raised and taught well

Had a bit of a mix-up with my order today, but I’m still giving 5 stars because of the service. Roshon was so professional and handled the replacement with a great attitude. It’s rare to see someone so helpful when things go wrong definitely appreciated the apology and the quick fix!

Sharon in Bakery is the best!! Her customer service is amazing! She is always so pleasant and cares about the customer. I go out of my way to come to this BJ’s location because of her. It is an extra 30 minute drive for me. But it is worth it. I am always celebrating something.I order a lot of cakes. Sharon always does a great job.. She is the best!!
