I drive a 2011 Kia Rio, and I originally came in just looking for a battery replacement, not realizing that I could purchase the battery there and have it installed on the spot. From the moment I walked in, Chris was very welcoming and polite. He has excellent product knowledge and took the time to explain the best battery options for my car clearly. I came here to get my engine checked because the light was on and they offer free check engine light service and the employees on this location they are lazy and they lied about not having the check engine meters in their shop. They said they were tired and worked all day when literally there was no one there and the woman didn’t even sound professional and the guy came up to me like if he was related to her in someway and was being defensive when all I asked was to check my engine light politely. They need new staff immediately or else nobody will come here if they can’t even take 5 minutes of their time to check someones car or even my car.

I had a problem with my battery losing its charge. After trying numerous things the manager Ana decided that due to the age of the battery it would be best to replace it. Ana was so kind and helpful.
