These guys wouldn’t take my recycling even though says open. Car load of cardboard. Waste me time and money. They don’t want to work is the problem. Can a manger please contact me. I’m a Woodbridge resident and this is unacceptable. Thank you!

The rudest people I’ve ever seen are the ones who work there. They don’t explain anything — you end up going the wrong way because of their poor instructions, and then they yell at you as if we were animals instead of people. Remember, you work with the public! Be more courteous and polite. Explain the process more clearly, put up signs at the entrances so we know where to throw things away. The workers are extremely offensive. Please, in the city booklet, explain that it’s only 5 bags allowed and that you can’t use rental cars — none of that is mentioned, and then they humiliate and mistreat you. I found a better place with kind staff, because I’ll never go back to the one in Keasbey. It was my first time, and I left very disappointed.

YOU ARE BEING CUT OUT Valuable Items Withheld in Recently Locked Storage It’s frustrating to see good items being held back in the newly locked storage area. The reasoning given is that entering the storage poses a safety risk — that someone might get hurt or something could break. But that’s exactly why you move items out of storage: to make it safe to access what's needed. What's even more questionable are the locks that were added only recently, and now access is restricted unless you go out of your way to call, know exactly what you're asking for, and hope they'll actually give it to you. Most people don’t even know what's in there. Now picture this: someone donates something great — a TV, a PS4 — but instead of being made available to the public, it ends up locked away and quietly redirected to the staff. The very people those donations were meant to benefit — the Woodbridge public — are being cut out. That possibility is not right, and it deserves to addressed.
