I went to their garage for help to just look at my car before I went on a road trip to my doctors appointment in Las Cruces and they wouldn’t even look at my car now I’m broke down on the highway in the hot weather with my dog. I could’ve probably avoided the trip if they told me something major was wrong with my car. They’re not great service. They’re not good people. I’m also brown. I think they had a problem with that I really really do. I felt it as soon as I walked in nobody greeted me. Nobody said hello. Nobody asked me anything nice they couldn’t even look under my hood and I’m in danger on the highway. I’m calling to be Better Business Bureau.

I could give zero stars I would first, they told me that the insurance company told them the car was a total loss. They not only told me that multiple times, but they also told my father that. They have had my car since March in April Since they told me the car was a total loss I went ahead and bought another car. The car was not a total loss and my insurance paid them 2500 with my deductible of $1000. and in may they call me to come get it. Here what my car looked like. Told them no I am not picking up the car in the state. The car is shaking and making a grinding sound and you can clearly see that their work is shotty now it’s July and they’re telling me the car is fixed. Ask them if they could take something off the deductible. Been having to pay on the car monthly and they are the ones that kept the car they said they can keep the car as long as they want to and they have never discounted anything. I would not recommend the shop. I’d recommend a hobo off of craigslist before I would recommend going to this. Going to have to go pay to take it to another shop to get it checked out since I am driving at cross country since I don’t live in Deming and just had an accident here. And I definitely don’t trust the shop or trust their greedy owner

I called for an appointment to service my transmission and they scheduled me for June 5, 2025 and when my truck got dropped off they said they couldn’t do the work because they were too busy, very inconvenient for me as I have a set schedule. I will not recommend this place to anyone, as I believe they just select who they do work for. Prejudice people and poor customer service. I’d give them a -5 ⭐️ rating!!!
