Took my Audi in on a Monday morning at 8am for heating (HVAC) issues. Aldwin (the owner) told me he would reach out midday to tell me what the issue is and pricing. 12pm came and I didn’t hear from him. I called at 1pm and no answer. I called at 1:30 and got no answer. I called at 1:45 and got no answer. I called again at 3pm from another number and one of the mechanics answered and said he is out and about and will be back in 20 mins and will call me. 3:45pm and no call. I call and Aldwin answers and says they are going to look at the car now (keep in mind my car has been there since 8am) and he will call me back. He calls back at 4:15pm to tell me the blend actuator on the driver’s side is bad and needs to be replaced. He gives me the price and says it will be done by the next day, which is Tuesday, noon. Tuesday noon hits and I don't hear from the shop. At 1:30pm I call and no answer. I called at 2pm and got no answer. I called at 2:30 pm and left a voicemail. I called at 3pm and got no answer. I start looking at the shops reviews on Google and see he has responded to the negative reviews with a number to reach him at. I call that number, which seems to be his personal line(maybe) and he answers and says "The car is done, we are just putting the dashboard back together. You can pick it up today". That is great news to me even though I haven't heard from these guys all day and I had to find alternate ways of calling him. I can’t make it to the shop now by 5pm because it has gotten late in the afternoon and my ride is gone. I am carless and Uber is charging $50. He says it’s fine, and I can pick up the car Wednesday morning. He says they open at 7am and he should be there. I get to the shop at 7:15ish on Wednesday morning and to no surprise this man is not at the shop. The mechanic is there, but no Aldwin. I asked the mechanic if my heat is working now, and he says he is just backing the car out now. I waited at the shop until 7:45am and I decided to text Aldwin on his personal number. Suddenly, the mechanic brings me my keys and says Aldwin will contact me, the car is NOT fixed, and it's no charge. !!!!!!!!!! I ask him WHY is it not fixed and what's the issue. The mechanic tells me Aldwin will contact me. Aldwin texts me at the same time the man is giving me my keys and says "Hey give me a few. I'll call u when I get in. No bill for now." I don't hear from him again. I called the shop at 4:30pm to ask why they would have my car for 3 days and tell me nothing is fixed, and of course they say Aldwin is out and about and will call me back. I texted Aldwin and no response. I call about from another number 5 days later and Aldwin answer and gives me a STORY about he put a part in and it didnt work and believes my control unit is the issue, and it needs to be re-programed and he has to have a guy come in and do it. So I ask why didnt you charge me for the part you purchased for it. He claims they put the part in, and it didnt work, so they took it out. I dont believe that at all. Even if it was true, COMMUNICATION would have been great. Why do I have to chase you for an answer. Why not say it a week ago when you had my car? This shops service is terrible. No call backs, no answering calls, and it seems like it's just all around BS. I don’t know why they had my car sitting for 3 days, and I can't even get the man on the phone for answers. AVOID THIS SHOP. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great experience as always. Never disappointed!! I’ve had Audi’s, Honda and now a SRT, and Aldwin (the owner) is the only person I trust with my babies. Great prices, great work, and friendly service. Hopefully I won’t need another repair anytime soon, but I know where I’m going if I do. Thanks to everyone at Euro Addition that worked on my car.

Great & reliable shop, Aldwin keeps to his word no matter what & will go to the end of the earth for his customers. Walking in , we know we are well taken care of, treated like family, and given the absolute truth about what’s wrong with the car & what they’re going to do to fix it. No weird energy becuz I’m a woman, they treat me like family and make sure I’m alright every time I stop by! Recommend to anybody looking for a reliable spot for your exotic whips!
