I have had nothing but good experiences with criswell’s. I have always had lowered cars and they are the only company that will continuously tow my car and not damage it at all. They have amazing customer service and great pricing as well if you need a tow I highly suggest calling criswell’s.

Getting LOCK ? Out can be very stressful ? Thankful Criswell Towing was there ! To the rescue, my little one had lock my vehicle out. Thankfully my little one was out already. Not even Rams Dodge was helpful. Thank you for helping me when I needed the most. I am forever grateful. Don't think twice, use there service. Only the haters will give them a low star ?. "Don't knock it before you try them"?

If I could do zero stars I would. I had a scheduled tow from 1-2 pm and they kept pushing me off lying saying the driver was busy. When it turns out he was in Dover office the whole time. Then they say he just went home. Then it turned into a family emergency. They constant lie and push you away. They inconvenienced me because they are a terrible company that doesn’t have a sense of time or responsibility I hope whoever uses them will seriously consider using someone else.
