I came in for an oil change and had such a great experience thanks to Antonio, the store manager. He was professional, kind, and made sure everything was done quickly and correctly. Antonio took the time to explain what my car needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. Amazing service! Firestone has the best price and service for tires! I was having issues and Antonio the manager came out from the bay to assist me. He was cordial, professional, and made me feel comfortable! I was driving through Ohio, when my tires blew out! Fortunately, I was able to find Antonio. I was originally going to go to Discount Tire and saw the banner across the street stating they sell tires. After a quick conversation with Antonio he matched the same Bridgestone tires price at discount to top it off I needed an alignment which they offer unlike discount tire! One stop shop! Thanks for the great service!
