We called AAA when we were locked out of my husband's car. We thought it was a defective key fob. The tech from Vest's came right away. He called us when he was 4 minutes away. He was prompt, very polite, and knowledgeable about what needed done. Turns out we needed a new battery for the car. He was able to get one & installed it properly. It's really unusual to find someone who knows what they're doing, treats people with respect and go out if their way to help. His name was J. Hicks & we highly recommend him & VEST TOWING.

The driver that was dispatched to give my car battery a jump on 2/27/2026 was outstanding in all respects, a very friendly and professional credit to your business. I regret that remembering names is a weakness of mine, but I'm sure there is some paperwork that will ID him so he can be recognized. The call was in Mineral Wells, WV at about 645-7pm on the above date. Thanks again!

Absolutely shocked at the level of unprofessionalism. Dropped our car off a month ago to be checked out for a potential blown hose. Was not given an estimate on how long this would take. After no communication for weeks we swung by to see the car had not even been touched. Took several calls over the course of weeks to get someone on the phone who then lied and said the car was being looked at. Another week passes and still no call or communication. Several more calls and we finally get someone on the phone today. After expressing concern about their lack of communication, holding a vehicle for a month with no prior warning, and lying about looking at the car, he replies: “are you done? Come get your car.” And hangs up. We are not disrespectful and have been nothing but patient with Vest. Nothing warrants this level of disrespect, especially after leaving someone without transportation for a month due to your own negligence. Take your vehicle anywhere else - somewhere that won’t lie to you, leave you completely in the dark about the status of your car, and disrespect you when you bring up a concern.
