I just had brake service done here and from the time I dropped off the car until I picked it up, they were outstanding! Very fair pricing and clear communication on what was being done. Also, they were very efficient with getting me in and out during my scheduled appointment. If you’ve got a Honda or Acura, this is the place to go!

Technically, I have never gotten my car repaired here. But I can tell right off of the bat that they are very professional and honest by how they operate. I took my car to two other shops that claimed that my car needed it's rear struts replaced. Something intuitively seemed off about both their diagnosis, so I then decided to take my car to H-A specialists for a third opinion. They said that the struts were still in proper working order-no leaks- instead of trying to sell me scare tactics or convince me that my car was in dire need of rescue. Their Garage seems to give off a very efficient, no thrills vibe: No flashy signs or advertising bombardment, everyone is low key, literal and straight to the point- no plastic salesmanship or fake smiles.

THIS SHOP AND ITS OWNER HELPED MY FAMILY MORE THAN THEY WILL EVER TRULY REALIZE! My wife’s Honda didn’t start one morning in February (got fixed in September) and we knew it wasn’t something normal. After taking it to 3 other mechanics and the dealership we were told the motor was bad and need replaced. We were than quoted $12,000 from the dealer to replace the motor and fix other issues, and that was money we couldn’t spend due to my wife’s health. I had a feeling it wasn’t the motor, so we spent months trying to figure out what the real issue was. As a last ditch effort we called them as they had done work on the car many years ago and told them the whole story. We dropped it off and the next day I called at 8am to let them know the car was there. When I called they were already working on it! 3 hours later I got a call saying the car was fixed and running and that the motor was never bad in the first place! They also went through and inspected all of the “issues” that the dealership said needed to be fixed immediately. Turns out none of those were problems either. This car is one we rely heavily on to get to my wife’s doctors appointments that are out of state and to have it back is an answered prayer. This place stands by their work and has the customers best interest in mind no matter what! Not only will we only use this place in the future, but we will be forever grateful for the blessing they have been to my family. From the bottom of my heart thank you!
