I needed a new key for my car. I only had one, no back up. I stopped in, and they were so helpful! The normal key was quite expensive, but they found a universal one for less money. This is a fabulous store, so helpful, so clean. I Would give them six stars if I could!

I recently had a great experience at the Batteries Plus store. I needed to replace my car battery and stopped by after noticing the store while driving past. It was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn they carry car batteries, not just everyday household batteries. Marco and Milan were fantastic. They helped me select the right battery and installed it quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was that they used a small device during installation to preserve my car’s settings, so I did not have to re-enter my audio system code, seat positions, or other settings. It was a cold evening, but they were kind, patient, and sincere throughout the process. Highly recommend this store for any battery-related needs.
