Huge Shoutout to Mark & his staff today. I came in for an overdue oil change, also needed my brakes replaced and mark & his staff provided exceptional service today! Mark was upfront and told me what was wrong with my vehicle and what could go wrong if I did not go with brakes today. I wanted to say thank you for your help today. Mark is very exceptional, he will show you under your vehicle of what is wrong before his guys do the work, with your vehicle & give his thoughts! He also, showed me the work that his mechanic’s were doing! I appreciate Mark for caring about my vehicle needs!

Mike and crew were the best! Came in on a tow truck on a Saturday morning running late for work from a flat on I-270. Walked to gas station to grab a coffee and returned to NTB. Found car outside waiting on me! Only charged for repair, not replacement, as others might have sold me! So grateful for Mike and his team! They are all keepers NTB! Tom
