Our bus was stuck and we requested their services due to a recommendation. When we called we were told 20 minutes as they are right down the road. It took an hour and 20 minutes for them to arrive. They got the bus unstuck, but the bus driver had to hook up the chains for the tow. After we got unstuck, they were very unhelpful and only worried about getting paid. Their was sod cakes in front of the back wheels, they did not assist with anything, we had to take care of it ourselves. Because of how slow the response time was it through our entire day off schedule. Do not recommend unless no other options.

They are rude, incompetent and unhelpful. They don't know what they are doing. When you try to talk to them or ask them questions they act superior. The car was towed to their lot . We were told by them it wasn't drivable. We paid to have it towed home only to find out it was drivable. They told the insurance company it was totaled. That's bad business. They charged for things they didn't do. Would never recommend. I don't want to even give 1star but I had to to post this
