Got in a bind today and ended up with a flat tire and these guys were super quick to come get me and my car and take me to my destination, Justin picked me up and he was super nice and great conversation got me right where I needed to be fast. Last straw is when they wanted to charge me 200 dollars just to collect my things from my car. Have title and all necessary paperwork. Car got towed because because a ticket from a broken headlight. It was a 03 Alero, used as a town car. 843 for 2 days. Eh oh well I thought, put that towards my first new car, etc. Had some of the only trinkets I had left from my parents. I asked to just get my photos I had. Still 200 dollars like why? Vindictive rude, awful experience with this company. Puts any Ma and Pa store to shame?

Dakota was a lifesaver for my family tonight. The motor blew on my son’s charger and to top it off the steering column broke, I called Shane’s and Dakota came out super fast in the middle of nowhere in Wilson to help us. He worked super hard to get the charger out of the ditch too and it was late at night. Overall it was amazing service and Dakota was such a sweetheart! Will definitely be calling Shane’s again whenever we need service, and will for sure recommend the company. Thank you again Dakota!!! You rock!
