Zach with R & M Towing was great! Friendly & sooo helpful! Arrived in only 30 min. ....I was stuck way out in the boondocks, where my car had hit a loose small cement block. Instant tire blowout. There was no Walmart TireCenter close, so Zach directed me to a good Tire center, where I got a great deal on a replacement tire. Many thanks to Zach, for coming to my rescue!

This has to be the best towing company around. Everyone we spoke with was incredibly professional and kind. Zach towed our vehicle and kept great communication the whole time to reduce stress. If you need a tow then I highly recommend R and M Towing. Their number will be saved in my phone from now on.

When loading a vehicle the driver accidentally ran over and flattened my water faucet in my yard. This occurred at my house, but it was not our vehicle and we did not call them. Our faucet is literally 1.5 feet sticking out of the ground with a water hose attached. We called to tell them and see what we needed to do to repair it. He then said it was our fault since we told the driver where to go. We even told him if he paid for the parts, we would fix it ourselves. He has ghosted us and refused to repair the damage that his driver caused. I would give zero stars if allowed, not a good look for your business.
