I can’t say enough good things about Ryan, the owner of Top Priority Towing & Recovery. I broke down in my semi about 55 miles outside of McAlester, stuck in full derate mode due to DPF issues. I first spoke with Ryan around 5:30 in the evening, and by 10:30 he had me safely dropped off at a repair shop. What really stood out to me was his professionalism and knowledge. A lot of tow companies don’t put the same care into handling semis, but Ryan made sure every detail was done right. He took the time to hook everything up properly and double-check that my equipment was secure. As an independent owner-operator, my truck and trailer are my livelihood, so knowing that someone treated them with that level of care meant a lot to me. It also happened to be a Friday night, and Ryan was on his way to a birthday dinner with his wife and son when we first talked. That alone speaks volumes about his character and dedication—he still made the time to get me taken care of without hesitation. I even had the chance to meet his wife and son, and they are truly great people. On the ride to the shop, Ryan and I had a good conversation, and it was clear he’s not just a professional, but also a family man with solid values. This is exactly the type of business I’d recommend without question—whether it’s a small tow or a major recovery, Ryan is the guy to call. He’s building something special, and I really hope to see his business grow tremendously in the coming years. A man with his work ethic, attitude, and integrity is exactly what America needs more of.
