⭐ 1-Star Review I called this store to have a part ordered, and they ordered it for me. My customer went and picked it up, and when he returned to the shop, I checked the part number before lifting the car or removing anything. As soon as I looked it up—both on O’Reilly’s website and through Google—it clearly showed that the part did not fit the vehicle I was working on. We went back to the store for a refund, and I showed the employee proof that the part number did not match the correct model. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the manager and staff were laughing at me while I was looking down at my phone. My customer actually saw them laughing as he was walking back into the store and told me about it once we got back in the car to return to the shop. That was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I came to do business, not to be treated like a fool. On top of that, the manager tried to charge me a restocking fee for a part they ordered incorrectly. Why should I pay a fee for their mistake? That’s bad business. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Poor customer service, wrong parts, and zero professionalism. I won’t be returning.
