I called a prescription into the Elgin Pharmacy on Thursday Jan 22nd. It needed a refill from Dr Janz. Meanwhile I had text the phone number and had called in the morning with no answer and no option of leaving a voicemail. I called back twice Jan 23rd. I was told he would get a note. Well, that’s not working. So I had to go the weekend. Monday morning about 10:30 I called and the receptionist said she would put a sticky note on his desk. So now I go into Tuesday 5th day. A lot of people could end up in the hospital Without having a prescription for 5 days, or maybe dead. What is going on. I may have to walk right into his office or patient room, I’m not above doing that!! Terrible service for a health clinic!!

This place has gone downhill since Leah went on leave this is not somewhere you want you children to go if they are special needs. Dr. Hunter constantly needs reminders to refill a script that helps my child’s day to day after calling 4 days in a row still not yet filled. The staff is never on the same page of what happed the prior day. Horrible experience
