Called this company needing a tow truck and from the jump answering the phone the guy was rude. Then when I told him I had a Mercedes he replied with uh yeah I’m gonna pass on this job all together. I don’t like to tow dainty little cars with dainty bottoms. I was like wow ok. I guess tow companies can afford to be condescending jerks now but I wouldn’t use them or recommend them on any brand of my vehicles ever now. Also, I think it’s telling that they argue with customers every time someone writes a bad review.
