We broke down on the side of highway 59 on Saturday. 6 miles from our house. Called Smith's for a tow back to our driveway. Got his voicemail which previous reviews said would happen. I left a message with no response. We had to leave our vehicle and called back a few more times throughout the day. It is now TUESDAY and we still have never received a call back from him. Obviously we have the car home by now. But I will never offer them my business again. I'm happy to support local small businesses but not them. Very disappointed. I give them ZERO stars, only selected one star to leave my review.
