My experience lasted 1 month. I left the car in there at first to have them figure out why my front lights wouldn’t come on and why it wouldn’t stay running, and breaks and wheel cylinders. Sounds like a lot but that’s what they are supposed to do is fix things. I got a call 2 weeks later telling me to come pick up my car and pay. So I WALK to go pick my car up. I go inside and pay. The lady I told all of this to be fixed to. She makes me pay 200$ or more. Then to give me the keys and go outside to drive away they didn’t fix the won’t stay running issue didn’t do my back breaks and only did my front and wheel cylinders. So then I ask them if I can keep it there for them to fix the won’t stay running issue and the lights again. They wait a week saying they need to confirm it’s just the carburetor making it not run. They finally get back to me and say it’s ready for pick up. 700$ and some change later I drive it home fine and the next time I go for a drive it won’t go anywhere just like before does when put in gear. And not to mention again. NO HEADLIGHTS. And the mechanic who worked on said himself he didn’t put new springs on the new carburetor I bought neither did they put new springs on my drum breaks. Hard to say I can trust them but I’m local and I am still searching for mechanics who really listen and really get the job done right. I can boldly say I am very disappointed. To trust them with a classic car and to get this kind of work makes me very upset. I do not want to keep wasting my time and money trusting this place anymore good luck to those who do. I’d write a list of the things you want done on a piece of paper and leave it taped to the window. If people have a better mechanic around here please let me know who I can trust more than this.

This place is amazing. I got 4 new ADVANTA tires, oil changed, and just a complete tune up. My appointment was at 12 and got in and out in a flash. The lady at the front desk was so polite! The mechanics that worked on my truck were super nice and very informative. Jonas and Issac( I believe were there names) you were amazing! I will definitely be referring y’all to others!

We are from South Carolina and while on our way back home from Colorado we lost a wheel from the toy hauler we were towing. It was a God-send how we found Riverside Tire & Auto and I'm certainly glad we did. Jacob and his whole staff were all awesome people to deal with. It's always daunting to deal with mechanics, especially when you're in a situation where you're at their mercy. Our trailer was more difficult to deal with than a standard trailer due to the torsion axles. Jacob took the time to call around and figure out how to make the best of what could have been a very bad situation. He found resources where the axle could be repaired and found a shop to replace all the needed components. He got us put back together quickly and when I looked at the bill my jaw dropped. I couldn't believe how reasonable it was, to the point I asked him 3 times if he was sure he had charged me enough. I am very thankful we found them. I did find one huge problem with this shop, they're in Gore, Oklahoma and not anywhere near to North Augusta, South Carolina so I could use them for all my automotive service needs. Thanks again Jacob for your great work and beyond reasonable prices. I really wish there were more shops like yours. I left there feeling like I had not only found a great shop but a good friend as well. If you ever get North Augusta way, look us up. Thanks again Todd S
