Joel Lewis here. My wife’s 2011 Honda Odyssey had a bad ignition coil, which I replaced myself, but the spark plug was a different story. Too hard to reach without the right tools. Mayes Auto personally towed the van from a town over and took care of the repair quickly. Between the tow and the service, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was. The process was fast, smooth, and took a lot of stress off my plate being a sole provider of a family of 6. I was referred to Steve Mayes by a friend since my usual mechanic was booked out a month, and now I know why. Mayes Auto was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I’ve found my new go-to mechanic. I’ll definitely be returning… hopefully not too soon ?

Unprofessional, dishonest, and hostile to any questions or complaints about their shady practices. Just read the "owner's" responses to all their complaints before you risk your vehicle. Chubby bearded guy dented the hell out of my truck, I believe with a ballpeen hammer all over the driver's side.
