My Jeep broke down in Woodward, OK on the way back to Arkansas from Canon City, CO. It was past 4pm on a Sunday; Vernon picked up the call immediately and ultimately long-hauled it back to my house in AR! He made the 328mi drive seem easy and we finally rolled in close to midnight. He's a great guy who works hard and knows what Customer Service is all about! I highly recommend McIntosh Towing out of Woodward if you're ever in need. He does out of state services often as well. I meant to write this sooner but life gets busy sometimes. I want to Thank Vern for everything the morning he helped me I was driving thru on an already long road trip when my fuel pump quit early early morning did my best to get it out of traffic being a weekend with no mechanic shops open not sure what I was gonna do I called McIntosh towing to help me at least get it in a spot or to auto zone on the way there Vern offered to call a friend to see if they were available luckily they were able to help me. Vern was a godsend and had it not been for his promptness and friendliness I definitely would not have been able to make it home to Colorado. I definitely will use this company again as well as refer them to anyone and everyone I know Thank You again!!!
